of lawncare or horticulture. We will teach you everything you

The ongoing
right to renew your agreement at expiry.
By
providing lawn treatment to as few as five homes in every
hundred at an average price of £33 per treatment, your
turnover will be £825,000 per annum in a 100,000 home territory
or £2,475,000 in a 300,000 home territory (based on five
treatments per home per year).

The Initial Franchise
Fee is:
For a 50,000 home territory
£20,000 + vat
For a 100,000 home territory
£25,000 + vat
For a 150,000 home territory
£30,000 + vat
If
you purchase your first territory before March 2007, take
advantage of our offer of having the first option to purchase a
pre defined adjacent territory of the same size for up to twelve
months at the very reasonable cost of £6,000 + vat for 50,000
homes, £10,000 + vat for 100,000 homes and £14,000 + vat for
150,000 homes.
The management service fee for all franchises is 10% of turnover
before vat.
The
package we provide with the Initial Franchise Fee includes:
· An
exclusive territory with at least the UK average of A, B
and C1 demographic households or additional households instead
at no extra cost.

The right to use the
Supagrass trade name and mark.

The training and
support to
properly establish and develop a lawn treatment business. The
emphasis is very much hands on and practical.

Bespoke software
‘The Supagrass Franchise Manager’ for data storage, scheduling

Van,
livery, first aid kit and three months contract hire.
·
Chemsafes
one for your van and
one for your store.
·
Materials
sufficient for approximately three months.
· Equipment
enough for approximately twelve months.
·
Uniform
sufficient for approximately twelve months.
·
Machinery
enough for at least two years.
·
Stationery
sufficient for approximately twelve months.
·
Leaflets
50,000 to 150,000.

Initial
5 year term with the
rolling right of renewal.
